Honey Cinnamon Latte

YieldOne 300 ml cup
Prep / total5 minutes

Equipment: Espresso machine, steam wand or milk frother, mug, and spoon.

What you’ll need

  • 36–40 g freshly brewed espresso (a double shot)
  • 200 ml milk of your choice
  • 10 g honey (about 1½ teaspoons)
  • A small pinch of ground cinnamon

Make it yours

  1. Add honey to your mug. Brew the espresso over it and stir until dissolved.
  2. Warm and froth the milk without boiling it.
  3. Pour the warm milk into the espresso, then spoon a little foam on top.
  4. Finish with a light pinch of cinnamon and enjoy warm.

A little extra help

Start with less cinnamon. A light dusting gives you the aroma without overwhelming the coffee.

Make a swap. Use maple syrup in place of honey for a vegan version, along with your favorite plant milk.

Best enjoyed fresh. Make one cup at a time and serve right away.
