I’m a barista and coffee shop owner in Durham, North Carolina. I own Triangle Coffee House and I’m the founder of Echo+Page, where coffee, books, and vinyl meet.

Latte Papi is my personal corner of that world: recipes to try, notes from behind the bar, and the culture that makes a cup of coffee feel like more than a drink.
